1. Selection of  colors for paper sheets is up to you guys. Roll them into sticks like shown below
2. Stick these paper rolls with help of fevicol glue drops or glue gun  in any way you want giving out a unique design.

Making this garland can be quite addicting to be honest, I could make them all day ha!!
